Folding Glass Balcony System Types
- Golden Folding Glass System
This system is a completely elite series and the aluminum wall thickness used is 3 mm. Each wheel used in the system consists of two bearings. 8 mm and 10 mm glass can be applied to the system. System weight varies between 30 – 40 kg. Covers are available for all grades. Since the covers are screwless, there is a stainless material. The maximum height to be used is 3000 mm. (With 10 mm glass) Used horn, outlet way cover and lock are stainless and produced on CNC machine. Bristle roving was applied in the case and water penetration was prevented in the opening of the wings.
Thanks to the movable stopper, every wing opening can be locked at any place. The glasses are mounted to the upper bases with the help of pins. The silicon used contains anti-bacterial additive that prevents bacteria formation. Since the locks are metal, they are safe against theft. Child lock available.
- Efes Top Hanging (Park & Butterfly) Folding Glass System
Moves each leaf 2 wheels in the system. There is no need to park in the upper checkout. Each moving wing of the system can rotate 360 degrees. Each wing moves independently of each other and can be raised to the desired side. In the system, one lock is mounted to each wing. These locks are easy to use because they are clawed and spring loaded. Safety is not a safety issue as all wings (including the opening wing) have a lock.
Since there is a safe under this system, it is thresholded. Max height of the system is 1800mm. Max wing width of the system is 620 mm. The weight of the system is 25 – 30 kg. The glasses used in the system are 10mm tempered glasses. The windows are mounted with the help of pins on the upper bases. Therefore, the glasses are attached to the base in a healthy way. This system is suitable for all types of balconies.
- Frigya Insulating Glass & Blinds Folding Glass System
In the system, each wing is carried with 8 bearings with a diameter of 45 mm. The maximum height to be used is 2800 mm. The maximum width to be used on the wings is 650 mm. The horn used is hinged. The hair wicks used should be applied from the case. The glass used in double glazing and jalousi glass is 4 + 22 + 4. Double-wing roving is used in wing combinations. System The system weight is 32 – 34 kg. The silicone used contains anti-bacterial additive that prevents bacterial growth.
- Troya Folding Glass Balcony System
Glasses are 8 mm tempered. The weight of the system is 23–26 kg. The horn used is hinged. The hair wicks used should be applied from the case. The maximum width to be used on the wings is 620 mm. The maximum curtain height is 2000 mm. In the system, each wing is carried with 8 bearings with a diameter of 31 mm. Since each cover used in the wings is articulated, there is a cover for each angle. Because the bearings used are large and double, the blades make rotation at every angle very simple. Curtain system is applied in Troya curtain series. Box profile of Troy curtain system is spring roller blind system.
Plastic strip is used to mount the bottom bar of the curtain. There is a stopper part which prevents the movement of the opened wings from the wind and prevents the movement. In the system, angled corners provide easy installation and 90 degree angles are made of PVC corner apparatus. The risk of receiving water consisting of 45 degree cuts in wing rotations is minimized. Since the gaskets are large H, they eliminate the risk of water ingress between the gaskets and are reduced to the detail using a single gasket. Corner profiles do not leave any room for error by making straight cuts. The silicone used contains antibacterial additives that prevent bacterial growth.
